| The Automatic Iron Casting Moulding plant was imported from Kunkel Wagner – Germany having capacity of moulding tank size - 800x700x300 mm - 60 moulds / hour, cycle time - 60 seconds/mould with 100 sets of mould boxes, mould line or rails, mould Box device and all other related equipments to this plant.

Location : Industrial Estate, Sanand, 20 km from Ahmedabad 4. Horizontal Moulding Machine and Moulding Line (Kunkel-Wagner, Germany make) with 100 sets of moulding boxes, and all machineries related to running the mould line. Moulding Speed : 60 moulds per hour Moulding Boxes Size : 800 x 700 x 300 mm 5. Sand Plant including intensive Mixer, Sand Cooler, Knock-out Devise, Cyclone, Vibrator Feeders etc. 6. Mains Frequency Melting Furnace 7. Electrical Installation, including Power Transformer (2250 KVA) 8. And a large set of machineries to run the plant 9. Office (307 Sq. Mtrs.), Laboratory (45 Sq.
