| We are a reputed business house engaged in manufacturing & exporting of non-ferrous metal casting products for the last 25 years. We are specializes in Gravity Die Casting, Brass Die Casting, Pressure Die Casting, Zinc Die Casting products.
We have developed the various tools for the industries like Automobiles, Textile, General Machinery, Wood Machinery, Plastic Machinery, Flame Proof Fitting, Fire Fighting Equipments, Pharmaceutical Industries etc. Our Infrastructure - We are based at Ahmedabad (India) with our manufacturing facility having 1800 sq. yds land with 550 sq. yds constructed works, gravity pressure die casting shop, efficient tool room. - We have developed more than 500 tools for gravity die casting equipped with three oil fired furnace and one electric furnace equipped with necessary infrastructure with different capacity of melting enhance the customer requirement. - Our pressure die casting shop having one 250 Tones machine, one 120 Tones machine and one 90 Tones hot chamber die casting machine. - Our tool room is having Lathe, Turrent Ram Milling machine, Drills and other hand tools for manufacturing dies. We have also developed dies for aluminium and brass forging. - We have also developed pressure die cast parts in brass and aluminium bronze materials.
