Biancalani production range includes: AIRO®, gives the operators a wide range of finishes both dry and wet. AIRO® treatments apply to woven, knits and non woven from very heavy to lightweight fabrics in different compositions and in a variety of applications. AIRO® has totally changed the way fabric producers treat and refinish their products such that the textile industry has adopted the term AIRO® to define this process. The AIRO® HAND or the AIRO® process is synonymous with soft touch, body and drape of fabric that can be obtained only in a Biancalani machine. SPYRA® is an effective and unconventional way of drying woven and knitted fabrics in rope form with continuous/discontinuous working selection and the possibility of steaming. The fabric’s handle and body are enhanced. The value of the fabric is increased. The SPYRA® range can achieve comparable results of the conventional discontinuous tumblers, but defect-free; eliminating the typical knots, streak, torsions and width unevenness.
